ABOUT ME

I am a lover of making people happy through design, architecture, creating unique spaces and renting them out to folks who love to travel for the lodging experience.

I live in the Ozarks and have always been blessed to travel about the country. Thirty years ago when I first started my own adventures in unique lodging experiences, searching out B & B's and remodeling homes I had a dream to one day be able to run my own B&B.

WHAT I'VE DONE

I have given up the Long Term Rental Game and have gone to Short Term Rentals. I also have turned two abandoned homes into thriving BNB's, by updating and remodeling, making them attractive, comfortable and economical for the well groomed, seasoned and respectful traveler searching out such finds that are a cut above the normal stay. I have developed a good reputation as a Host on AirBNB and VRBO attracting travelers who are respectful of the places they rent and stay at. I have also created two Glamping Sites that are bringing people as close as 2 miles away to as far as 2000 miles away.

WHAT I DO

I am running and managing BNB's. with my own properties and for others that have rental property and are sick and tired of dealing with Long Term Renters (LTR's) that destroy and cost more than the trouble they are worth. I partner with landlords making sure their properties are being will maintained, increasing their value with upgrades they might not otherwise be able to do and always making sure they get their rent in full and on time.

I help folks keep their rentals in top notch condition with next to no concerns or dealing with maintenance calls of any kind. I help landlords rest easy at night knowing someone is taking care of their investment knowing I am invested.
